Homemade Birthday

Continuing with one of my 2011 goals to give homemade gifts, I gave these to Deni today:





I sewed this eye cover. The back is chenille - very soft.



I made these bright, summery pillows for her to set out by the pool.



And, of course, she had to have a cake. I baked her a cream cheese king cake with rainbow sprinkles.

I think she liked them! I just wish I could have spent more than a couple of hours with her. It definitely wasn't long enough.
