Bobbins
Bobbins have nothing to do with Lord of the Rings. Up until I got my sewing machine for Christmas you could have convinced me that they did. I recently emptied my first bobbin. Not too exciting, it was just white. But I also emptied my whole spool of white. There's been some sewing. My most recent triumph was a tote bag for Mother's Day.
It's much larger than I thought it would be, and I'm glad. It will actually be usable.
